Job Title: QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Engineer
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QHSE Engineer to join our team to ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment for the Airport Project. The QHSE Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Owner, PMC (Project Management Consultant), and contractors to ensure compliance with project QHSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Management- Develop and implement quality plans and procedures for the project
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Identify and report quality risks and issues to the Project Manager
- Develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures for the project
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, epically, FOD management, Occupational & Operational Safety.
- Identify and report health and safety risks and issues to the Project Manager
- Develop and implement environmental plans and procedures for the project
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Identify and report environmental risks and issues to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Prepare and submit QHSE reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements
- Develop and deliver QHSE training and awareness programs for project personnel
- Ensure that all project personnel are aware of and comply with QHSE requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in QHSE or a related role in a construction or engineering project
- Skills: Proficiency in QHSE management software and tools;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge: Familiarity with construction project management processes and procedures;
Understanding of QHSE management principles and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Certification: Mandatory: SCE membership in safety or Professional Cadres (Kawader) in safety.
- Experience: Experience working on airport or infrastructure projects.

Experience with QHSE management systems and software (e.g., Open Text, Aconex).
