A multinational global leader in construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, and building solutions, operating in more than 50 countries, is looking to hire a Buyer in KSA.

The company is seeking an experienced and self‑driven Buyer – Raw Materials with strong expertise in construction chemical raw materials, particularly admixture‑related raw materials (liquid phase), and later exposure to powder materials.

The role requires deep KSA market knowledge, strong supplier network capability, and the ability to manage procurement activities independently with minimal supervision.

• Independently manage procurement of raw materials for admixtures (liquid focus initially) and support powder materials sourcing at a later stage.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new raw material sources within KSA and regional markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to company procurement procedures, compliance policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with:
  • Regional procurement team
  • Technical and R&D departments
  • Local suppliers and manufacturers
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and raw material availability within KSA.
• Ensure timely supply to support uninterrupted production.
• Manage the full procurement cycle independently (RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, ordering, follow‑up).
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with global standards.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships with reliable suppliers in the Kingdom.

• Strong experience in the construction chemicals industry (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of admixture raw materials (essential).
• Exposure to powder raw materials is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of KSA supplier landscape and sourcing channels.

• 5–10+ years of procurement/buying experience in construction chemicals or related sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience working in structured, compliance-driven multinational environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP procurement systems is preferred.

• Highly proactive and self‑managed.
• Detail‑oriented with strong procedural discipline.
• Hands‑on approach tasks must be managed directly, not delegated.
