Job PurposeDeliver high-quality fire protection inspection and compliance services to AESG’s clients, ensuring that fire and life safety systems are installed, tested, and maintained in full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Support the successful execution of projects through site inspections, reporting, and coordination with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Qualifications & Experience- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification related to fire and life safety systems.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire protection inspection, testing, commissioning, or site supervision.
- Relevant certifications such as NFPA, CFPS, IFE, Civil Defence approval, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international fire codes and standards (NFPA, IBC, BS, UAE Fire Code, etc.).
- Conduct site inspections for fire protection and life safety systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Witness testing & commissioning activities and verify system performance and documentation.
- Identify non-conformities, issue inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related fire protection issues.
- Attend inspections with Civil Defence and relevant authorities when required.
- Prepare clear inspection reports, snag lists, and compliance records.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with HSE requirements and company IMS procedures.
- Support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with technical inputs for proposals and business development activities when required.
