Mechanical Engineer

HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for the Amazon Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, solid coordination skills, and proven ability to ensure mechanical works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local regulations.

• Supervise on-site mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress in line with the project schedule and prepare site reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Minimum 8 years of site experience, including 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in construction management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
