Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and other security devices
- Perform daily security checks and analyze logs/alerts
- Assist in incident triage, investigation, and response
- Support implementation and configuration of security solutions
- Maintain firewall rules, ACLs, and security documentation
- Support compliance and audit requirements
- 1 year experience in same field or related
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)
- Understanding of IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, NAC
- Basic packet analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
