Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer / Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing electrical works for projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, and coordinating with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and all relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical design, execution, and site supervision.

• Supervise and execute electrical works according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to complete all required procedures and approvals.
• Manage and oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings and resolve technical conflicts during execution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site and implement effective solutions efficiently.
• Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines to ensure project integration and workflow continuity.
• Prepare periodic technical reports on project progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards on-site.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 6–9 years of experience in electrical design and execution for construction projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision and electrical project execution.
• Knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) procedures and requirements.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing, reviewing, and interpreting electrical drawings.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in engineering software relevant to electrical design and site management.
