Project Manager, Systems Engineer

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of a network-focused project, ensuring successful execution across scope, cost, schedule, quality, and contractual obligations. This role requires hands-on management of internal resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, along with maintaining structured communication with the client and key stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Network Services solution.
• Plan, track, control changes, and manage project risks.
• Oversee procurement of network products, services, and ongoing support from suppliers.
• Coordinate project resources, including external partners and subcontractors.
• Provide daily direction to the project team and deliver regular status updates to the client.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance processes.
• Manage scope changes, perform impact assessments, and maintain baseline schedules.
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making with stakeholders.
• Report on project performance, risks, and mitigations to senior management.

• Proven experience managing network infrastructure or network services projects.
• Solid background in project governance and handling contractual deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Riyadh.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale network deployments (LAN/WAN, data center, routing/switching, security, and wireless solutions).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
