Technical Lead, Operational Technology

As an OT Cybersecurity Assessments Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and deliver OT cybersecurity assessments, maturity evaluations, and gap analyses aligned with international standards, best practices, and local regulations.
• Perform gap analysis against IEC 62443/NIST, collect and validate evidence, determine findings ratings, and prioritize recommendations.
• Map findings to IEC 62443, or OTCC, with maturity scoring and control effectiveness evaluation.
• Structured and actionable findings, including impact analysis (safety, operational, financial), likelihood evaluation, and recommended mitigation strategies.
• Executive-level summary presentations, clearly communicating security posture and remediation priorities in business language.
• Multi-year cybersecurity improvement roadmaps, successfully aligned with client operational constraints and budget planning.

• Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in IR or OT/ICS environment.

• Certificates in GIAC GRID, or IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, Dragos Certified Hunter (DCH).
• Assessment methodology, Control mapping, workshops facilitation, Report writing.
