ARX is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC road and infrastructure projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in civil works delivery across design review, construction supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as a key technical lead across multiple project packages, ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership for civil engineering scope across road and infrastructure packages.
- Review and endorse civil design deliverables including drawings, specifications, BoQs, and method statements.
- Oversee construction of civil works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures interfaces, and site development.
- Support site supervision, inspections, and contractor coordination.
- Lead resolution of RFIs, NCRs, design gaps, and constructability challenges.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, structures, ITS, landscape).
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Mentor engineers and ensure consistency in technical delivery across packages.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering for major infrastructure or road projects.
- Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and PMC environments.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure coordination.
- Familiarity with Saudi codes and international standards.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
- English required (Arabic is an advantage).
