Position: Project Manager - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is excited to invite expressions of interest for the position of Project Manager. As a leader in project management for large-scale infrastructure projects, we are dedicated to enhancing transportation networks throughout Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of rail projects, including planning, design, and construction, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, and community groups, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to senior management and clients.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout all phases of the project.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and deliver project updates as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
  • At least 25 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on rail infrastructure projects for 15 years.
  • Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of rail engineering principles and industry regulations.
  • Experience in budget management and resource optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of related regulatory frameworks.
