JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Resident Engineer - Track - Rail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of rail tracks, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

- Oversee the construction and installation of rail track systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control measures and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and address any issues.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans, providing feedback or solutions regarding design-related challenges.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site construction teams, ensuring effective execution of daily operations.
- Support project management in budget monitoring and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in rail construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in railway construction or similar roles, with a focus on track engineering for 10 years
- Strong understanding of railway track design, construction practices, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in managing railway infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to rail construction.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
