HSSE Lead

We are hiring an HSSE Lead to oversee Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environmental operations for a large-scale manufacturing campus located in Riyadh.

This role is suited for professionals with a strong HSE background, experience in the Saudi regulatory environment, prior experience in airport facilities, and a proven capability in implementing and maintaining HSSE standards and compliance frameworks.

• Lead and maintain HSSE management systems in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, QHSE, and applicable safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor hazardous activities and ensure preventive measures are applied.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support incident investigations and ensure timely HSSE reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors on HSSE compliance.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and safety training programs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• ISO & QHSE certification is required.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English;
  Arabic knowledge is preferred.
