Job Vacancy:
Senior Revit Engineer (ICT, Low Current & Electrical)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler / Revit Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical models and drawings for ICT, Low Current, and Electrical systems, ensuring full coordination with Architectural and Structural designs.
Key Responsibilities:BIM Modeling:
Create and manage high-quality 3D BIM models (LOD 300-500) for ICT, CCTV, Voice, Networking, and Electrical services using Revit.
System Coordination:
Ensure full coordination of Low Current and Electrical systems with Architectural and Structural models to identify and resolve design conflicts early.
Drawing Preparation:
Develop detailed shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built documentation for integrated systems, including power requirements for ICT equipment.
Clash Detection:
Perform professional clash detection and coordination between Low Current/Electrical services and other disciplines using Navisworks.
Documentation Control:
Manage all technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Position:
Low Current / ICT Engineer with strong Electrical background and BIM modeling expertise.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in design and BIM modeling for ICT, ELV, and Electrical systems.
Software Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Experience in AutoCAD and Navisworks is highly preferred.
System Knowledge:
Strong background in drafting layouts and system architecture for CCTV, Public Address (Speakers), IP Networking, and Electrical power distribution for technical systems.
Status:
Valid and Transferable Iqama is required.
