• Prepare and contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), ESIA, screening, scoping, and baseline environmental studies.
• Support environmental assessments related to air quality, noise, soil, groundwater, waste, and ecological aspects.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations (e.g. KSA / NCEC) and applicable international standards.
• Assist in identifying mitigation measures and environmental management plans (EMP/ESMP).
• Draft technical reports, non-technical summaries, and regulatory submission documents.
• Support EIA projects from initiation through authority submission and approval.
• Coordinate with internal TIC teams (monitoring, laboratory testing, inspection).
• Interface with clients, regulators, and subcontractors under senior consultant supervision.
• Contribute to proposals, technical inputs, and cost estimates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in EIA / ESIA consultancy or environmental consulting.
• Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, energy, or urban development projects is preferred.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and authority coordination.
• Working knowledge of EIA regulations, permitting processes, and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and laboratory testing interfaces within TIC activities.
• Awareness of IFC Performance Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, and ISO-based systems is a plus.

• Good verbal and written Arabic / English communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
