Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing overhead and underground transmission line projects.
- Strong expertise in high-voltage systems (220kV–500kV), including 380kV networks.
- Solid understanding of transmission line theory, electrical equipment, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with SEC standards and utility project requirements.
- Valid driving license.
- (For KSA applicants) Valid SCE membership and prior SEC approval/submittal preferred.
- Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of high-voltage transmission line projects (OHTL & underground).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Apply technical expertise in overhead and underground systems to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and client standards throughout all phases.
- Resolve complex engineering and site challenges efficiently and proactively.
- Monitor performance, track milestones, and maintain high-quality documentation and reporting.
