Job Summary
Lead and grow the Lighting Division by driving sales strategy, managing the team, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual sales strategy
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and design firms
- Provide technical support on lighting solutions
- Oversee tenders and major project proposals
- 5–8 years of experience in lighting industry
- Strong LED lighting knowledge
- Proficiency in Dialux / Relux
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Engineering degree preferred
- Strong English communication skills
