Civil Engineer – Substation and Transmission Line Projects All-Inclusive Package Project Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a major Engineering Consultancy Company supporting a large-scale Electrical Transmission and Substation Programme in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise civil works related to substations and transmission line projects
- Oversee construction of transformer foundations, equipment plinths, steel structures and control buildings
- Supervise switchyard construction and overhead line tower foundations
- Monitor cable trench and duct bank installations
- Review contractor drawings and technical submittals
- Ensure compliance with SEC and Saudi Building Code standards
- Monitor QA/QC and construction progress
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Prepare inspection and progress reports
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in substation or transmission line projects preferred
- Knowledge of 132kV / 220kV / 380kV infrastructure is an advantage
- Familiarity with SEC standards preferred
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
