Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on daily site activities
- Review and verify method statements, work programs, and site execution plans
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and risks to the PMC management
- Review and respond to RFIs, site queries, and technical clarifications
- Monitor contractor performance related to schedule, manpower, and equipment
- Verify measurements, work completion, and progress reports
- Identify site issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Support testing and inspection activities for civil and road works
- Coordinate with discipline engineers for integrated site execution
- Review as-built drawings and assist in project handover activities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, standards, and local authority requirements
- Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
- Previous experience working under PMC or consultancy scope is essential
- Strong knowledge of road works, utilities, and infrastructure systems
- Familiarity with Saudi standards and construction practices
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
