We are seeking Project/Development Management professionals for a project based in Riyadh to support the Planning & Oversight department. This role will provide direct support by contributing hands‑on project delivery capability across multiple initiatives. Individuals should have strong experience working on projects of varying scales from inception through completion, with the ability to navigate project processes, documentation, and coordination requirements confidently.

• Assist in preparation of project development strategy including project purpose & objectives, project implementation, project design & delivery plan, procurement, schedule and budget.
• Assist the Development director in Preparation reports and presentations as required.
• Support the project planning, coordination, budgeting and cashflow.
• Interpret project scope and constrains, plan the overall workflow stages and breakdown and provide timeline schedules accordingly.
• Support to establish and challenge the project Cost Estimates in accordance with the requirement for the development stage of the project.
• Monitor budgets, forecast and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross functional the status and updates of stakeholders to inform the decisions.
• Coordinate and manage as required the internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, track and report on project risks and establish and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the project procurement requirements are established and adhered to allowing the project to progress in accordance with the project implementation timeline. Participate in procurement activities as required.
• Support commercial processes as required.
• Monitor and control the consultants and contractor performance and progress and conduct coordination meetings with the related team for problem resolutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company requirements including confidentiality. Collate project data and issue as required.
• Conduct a comprehensive benchmark analysis of comparable project locally and internationally
• Provide recommendation on product differentiation, quality standard and benchmark driven project features
• Maintain an updated benchmark database to support investment decision and project approvals
• Ensure all project activities adhere to company’s governance, environmental and safety standard
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and result-oriented team culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Architecture.
• 8-12 Years of experience in Development / Project Management role.
• Experience in delivering projects KSA.
• Experience in projects from concept design through to execution.
• Worked client side through past experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
• PMP or similar Certification is an advantage.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Problem solving, risk management and supporting decision making
