The Risk Engineer will assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with construction projects. This entry-level role supports project teams in implementing risk management frameworks to ensure compliance, minimize potential losses, and enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining project risk registers.
- Conduct risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Support in preparing risk analysis reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential hazards and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory risk requirements.
- Participate in risk review meetings and document outcomes.
- Assist in implementing risk management tools and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or Risk Management.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and contracting principles.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., qualitative and quantitative analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of risk management software is a plus.
