Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical technical office activities, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems, for large-scale construction projects.

The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, developing MEP BIM models using Revit, performing clash detection and coordination with all disciplines, and reviewing IFC drawings to identify and resolve design issues. The candidate will also be responsible for material and technical submittals, BOQs, quantity take-offs, RFIs, and variation orders.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Experience in hospital and mega projects is highly preferred.

• Prepare and review shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems

• Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Review IFC drawings and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Prepare and follow up material & technical submittals
  .
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, RFIs, and variation orders.
• Coordinate with all disciplines and lead junior engineers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in mechanical technical office works.
• Strong experience in hospital and large-scale projects
  .
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP
  .
• Good command of Arabic (written & spoken).
• Experience in real estate projects is required.
