As a Project Manager within the Platforms Services & Delivery team you will ensure that a project is completed on time and delivers solutions that meet both customers’ requirements and our commitments. Your role will directly contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction, which is key for business growth.

• Drive the project to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, quality specifications and project profitability, and lead customer interactions for the project.
• Deliver solutions that are cost effective, easy to operate and generate value.
• Provide visibility of the project progress, obtain the necessary resources and identify and resolve issues; manage the financial aspects of projects including costs and revenue.
• Manage project risks and related action plans.
• Manage change requests and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and the project organization:
  Solution Manager, Project Delivery team, Technical Leaders, Support & Maintenance team.
• Responsible for the change management of the project (organize and lead bug reviews to determine the priority of bug fixing in line with the Customer’s priorities).
• Validate the Project Execution baseline prepared with the support of the SEM prior to submitting it to the Supervisory Authority for final approval during the Launch Review, and maintain this baseline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare the Project Kick‑off meeting.
• Conduct Project Reviews as defined in Manage Project Process.
• Obtain the Customer Acceptance of the delivered solution and conduct the Closure Review.
• Collect Lessons Learned from the project.
• Prepare and update a log document to chronologically collect the events that happen during the project and that can support future claims.
• Provide reporting to Senior Management (Supervisory Authority) through a dashboard encompassing all necessary information to understand the progress made to date on overall project activities and forecasts until project completion.

• At least 5 years’ experience in project management (specification, design and team) in the software development or service operation industry.
• Certification in PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Engineer or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Arabic;
  Arabic speaker mandatory.
• Ability to learn our products and service offers’ use cases and ecosystems, understand how solutions work and are delivered; manage scope and requirements autonomously, build a project plan, monitor the project status, manage the customer relationship and project costs, and use Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills; problem‑solver and team‑builder; ability to inspire a shared vision and delegate tasks with integrity; quick learner and self‑starter; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
