Planning Assistant - Electrical having 5 years experience in planning and scheduling in Over Head Line Project works.

• Understand the true scope and requirements of the project.
• Co‑ordinate with Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Construction Programme.
• Prepare manpower resources schedules and histograms to achieve the timely completion of project.
• Prepare equipment/material procurement schedule.
• Co‑ordinate and assist Planning Manager for timely ordering of material and equipment.
• Preparation & Submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
• Prepare work plans and look ahead short‑term programmers’ as required by the contract.
• Monitor the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the PM / CM, as required.
• Monitor and maintain tracking logs for Material and drawing submittals.
• Co‑ordinate with members of project teams for delivering material submittals on time.
• Select the appropriate supplier for satisfying specific techno – commercial requirements.
• Timely subcontractor Billing and maintaining reconciliation of each subcontractor.
• Monthly Bulk Material reconciliation.
• Assist Planning Engineer in client billing documentation.
