The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. This ევრ role requires expertise in structural design, site supervision, material management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in industrial, residential, or commercial civil projects within the GCC and be capable of managing project timelines, quality, and resource allocation efficiently.

• Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Supervise site activities including excavation, leveling, concreting, and structural works in accordance with approved drawings and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, verify material quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for effective project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, cost estimates, BOQs, material procurement schedules, and manpower allocation.
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and quality assessments to maintain engineering safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports, daily progress records, method statements, and work permits as required.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality assurance procedures.
• Inspect completed work for structural soundness, durability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays, defects, or safety issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Valid engineering registration/licensure preferred (Saudi Council of Engineers membership is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and material standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, Primavera, and other engineering software.
• Excellent understanding of RCC design, structural calculations, and geotechnical aspects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications effectively.
• Strong project management, site supervision, and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and ensure project quality and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, safety standards, and local authority approval procedures.
