ISG Mechanical Engineering ManagerWe are seeking an experienced ISG Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the introduction of new products into manufacturing and ensure optimal production processes. In this role, you will oversee manufacturability assessments, layout planning, and equipment selection while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across production lines.
Your Responsibilities- Lead manufacturability assessment and introduction process for new products.
- Plan production line layouts and select appropriate equipment for new lines.
- Resolve process and equipment abnormalities on production lines.
- Drive lean production initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- At least 2 years in team management or project leadership.
- Experience in server, high‑end PC, or telecom equipment assembly is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
