About the job RAN Optimization Engineer ERCSJP
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented RAN Optimization Senior Engineer to oversee and enhance our 5G Network operations to meet SLA contracted KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:Network Optimization:
- Utilize your knowledge of RAN features to develop and implement traffic strategies that improve network performance.
- Drive the optimization process to meet and exceed site-level KPIs.
Collaboration and Interface:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Core and Project, to ensure seamless network integration and performance.
KPI Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
VIP Management:
- Manage high-value customers related to 2G/3G/4G/5G services and ensure their requirements are met.
- Implement strategies for service optimization to enhance KPIs across the network.
Communication:
- Maintain excellent presentation skills and strong communication capabilities to convey technical information effectively.
- Proven experience in RAN optimization within a telecommunications environment.
- Strong understanding of Ericsson RAN features and network capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to analyze network performance and make data-driven decisions.
