We are seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial management of electrical works across construction and infrastructure projects. The role supports accurate cost control, tendering, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical works.
- Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and tender evaluations.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures against approved budgets.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payment applications.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost accuracy.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and company standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical QS Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
