Position Overview Mace is seeking a skilled 4D Planning Manager to join our team on one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most prestigious development programmes. This role focuses on creating advanced 4D simulations that integrate schedule, cost, and technical data to optimize construction workflows and support decision-making for a multi-billion-dollar mixed-use project that includes sports, entertainment, and cultural facilities.  Job Details

Any Job Type: Full Time  What You’ll Do    Develop and maintain 4D simulations using 3D BIM models to visualize construction sequencing.
Integrate cost and technical data to provide accurate project forecasting and planning solutions.
Analyze project schedules to identify and resolve conflicts, optimize workflows, and reduce risks.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure simulations align with client goals and master schedules.
Produce high-quality visualizations and animations to engage stakeholders and support critical decisions.
Update and monitor simulations to reflect real-time project milestones and progress.
Prepare presentations and reports highlighting key insights, risks, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest 4D planning tools and industry best practices.
Lead client interactions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Support planning functions, including risk assessment, schedule updates, and change management.
Track KPIs and implement continuous improvements to meet performance benchmarks.
Share lessons learned and mentor team members to promote knowledge transfer across projects.  Ideal Profile    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
Membership in a relevant professional body (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) preferred.
Proven experience in planning and delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure programmes.
Proficiency in 4D BIM tools and advanced planning software.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Leadership experience managing large and diverse teams on complex projects.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and carbon reduction strategies.
