Job Summary
We’re looking for a Material Technical Submittals (MTS) Engineer / Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle all material submittals related to wood, joinery, and finishes
, ensuring everything is properly prepared, submitted, approved, and aligned with project requirements. You’ll work closely with consultants, suppliers, procurement, and factory/site teams to make sure approved materials are used smoothly from production to installation.
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify required wood, joinery, finishes, hardware, and accessories
Prepare and submit Material Technical Submittals (MTS) for consultant and client approval
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal factory teams to collect datasheets, certificates, samples, and mockups
Track all submissions using the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and ensure timely follow-ups
Respond to consultant/client comments and manage revisions until final approval
Ensure materials comply with project standards (fire ratings, finishes, sustainability, LEED requirements if applicable)
Coordinate with the procurement team to confirm approvals before material ordering
Work closely with production and site teams to ensure only approved materials are used on site
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in material submittals within wood factories, joinery, or interior fit-out projects
Good understanding of wood materials, finishes, hardware, and joinery systems
Familiarity with consultant approval processes and construction documentation
Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools
Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, Filipino
