Procurement Engineer - FF&E

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer - FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of FF&E for our projects, ensuring that all materials and equipment meet project specifications and are obtained in a timely manner. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of high-quality infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for FF&E in accordance with project requirements.
• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct supplier assessments to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand FF&E needs and specifications.
• Monitor and manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
• Resolve any issues related to procurement, delivery delays, or quality discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in FF&E or related areas.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to FF&E procurement.
