We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work on PD products like Switch gears, Electrical Panels, MV units etc. and working as a Field Service Engineer on PQ products like UPS's 1ph and 3ph units.
What you’ll do:- Installation and commissioning of LV/MV switchgears, transformers and UPS at customer sites.
- Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc. Generate service reports for customers after site visit.
- Develop service-related trainings to field staffs as well as customers.
- Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards.
- Develop documentations for service-related issues and resolutions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues.
- Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes.
- Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge.
- Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues.
- Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.
- BSC in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience from the ME market will be preferred.
- Testing and commissioning of switchgears, both low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV).
- Experience with transformers and service electricians, industrial electricians, and service technicians.
- Comfortable working with both 1-phase and 3-phase systems.
- Technical expertise for startup and commissioning of 3-phase UPS systems, including battery backup and emergency supply protocols.
- Good communication skills, customer focus, flexibility.
- Ability to work with different cultures and follow instructions.
