Senior BIM Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Manager to contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions across Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices and advance our project delivery processes through technology and collaboration.

Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding project teams to leverage BIM methodologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project quality. As a Senior BIM Manager, you will foster a collaborative environment, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations
• Lead the coordination and integration of BIM models across various disciplines
• Manage the BIM execution plan, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and techniques
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance BIM capabilities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in the construction sector
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia is advantageous
