Construction Manager – Electrical (OHTL Projects)
We are seeking an accomplished Construction Manager (CM) with a strong background in Electrical Engineering (BE) to lead and oversee the execution of 380kV+ Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of OHTL projects, from planning to commissioning.
- Manage site operations, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
- BE in Electrical Engineering (Full-time).
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction/project management.
- Proven track record as Construction Manager in OHTL projects.
- Strong exposure to GCC projects (mandatory for selection).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
