Senior Project Control Engineer

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying any variances from established objectives
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project control processes
• Implement best practices in project controls to optimize project outcomes
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of proven experience in project control within large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Earned Value Management
• Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in leading project control strategies is a plus
