- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) in the factory.
- Maintain production data by performing accurate entry, updates, and verification in systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP to ensure production data is accurate and traceable.
- Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels in compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory standards.
- Identify pain points in manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes; propose and implement optimization solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by completing engineering preparation to ensure timely mass production.
- Resolve production abnormalities quickly, organize root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize impact and reduce downtime.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
- Proficiency in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP).
- Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
