• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) in the factory.
• Maintain production data by performing accurate entry, updates, and verification in systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP to ensure production data is accurate and traceable.
• Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels in compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory standards.
• Identify pain points in manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes; propose and implement optimization solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by completing engineering preparation to ensure timely mass production.
• Resolve production abnormalities quickly, organize root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize impact and reduce downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
• Proficiency in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP).
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
