Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will oversee and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and supervise the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction projects
- Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process
- Implement and promote sustainable construction practices
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
Master's degree preferred - Professional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering with proven track record of managing large‑scale projects
- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and structural engineering principles
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- In‑depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Experience with sustainable construction practices
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region
