The Structural Designer will be responsible for developing detailed structural models, drawings, and documentation for super high‑rise towers, ensuring compliance with international codes, client requirements, and project standards.

• Develop 3D structural models using ETABS, SAFE, SAP
  2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure, etc.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement details).
• Ensure proper integration with architectural, MEP, and façade elements.
• Generate shop drawings and detailing for columns, cores, mega‑columns, transfer beams, outriggers, and floor slabs.
• Maintain drawing logs, revision history, and version control.
• Prepare technical documentation supporting design calculations & approvals.
• Collaborate with structural, architectural, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts.
• Participate in design review meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
• Assist in addressing RFIs and design clarifications during construction.
• Ensure compliance with international and local codes (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, UBC, SBC).
• Maintain high-quality standards in modeling, detailing, and documentation.
• Support QA/QC processes and ensure constructability of design solutions.

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of structural design experience, with 3–5 years in super high‑rise towers (40+ stories).
• Experience on projects above 150–200 m, preferably mixed‑use, commercial, or residential towers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, Tekla, and structural analysis/BIM software.
• Strong understanding of lateral load design, wind and seismic analysis, and tall‑building behavior.
• Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver accurate, high‑quality design outputs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.

• Performance‑based design (PBD) and wind tunnel analysis.
• Transfer structures, sky‑lobbies, and mega‑columns.
• Construction sequencing and temporary works.
• International design standards and Saudi building regulations.
