Key Responsibilities:

Leading end-to-end delivery of HV/EHV projects, including substations, overhead transmission lines, and underground cable networks.

Supervising site execution teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Ensuring compliance with client specifications, utility standards (e.g., SEC), and safety regulations.

Coordinating with clients, engineering consultants, and government agencies for project approvals and inspections.

Managing construction milestones, site logistics, and installation sequencing of key electrical components (e.g., GIS, transformers, protection systems).

Preparing and review project documentation including method statements, work plans, and weekly progress reports.

Conducting regular site visits and technical meetings to resolve execution challenges.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

10+ years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a project management role focused on HV/EHV Substation.

Strong familiarity with utility requirements (e.g., SEC, Aramco), local codes, and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
