Job Description Job PurposeTo ensure a safe and healthy working environment by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing occupational health and safety requirements, in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and applicable safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs at site level.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and report unsafe acts and conditions.
- Identify hazards and support the preparation of risk assessments and control measures.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and support corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with site safety rules.
- Support emergency preparedness activities such as fire drills and evacuation exercises.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 2–4 years experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role
. - Safety certification such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge in Facade and curtain wall market

- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
