As our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to grow in line with the Kingdom’s expanding live events and entertainment sector, we are seeking an experienced Drone Pilot to join our Riyadh-based Operations Team.

This is a high-impact operational role at the forefront of large-scale drone light show delivery within the Kingdom.

You will play a central role in executing complex swarm operations in regulated KSA airspace, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and technical excellence. You will work closely with operations leadership, production teams and creative directors to bring ambitious aerial performances to life.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to nationally significant events and the continued growth of Saudi Arabia’s world-class entertainment landscape.

• Execute approved swarm flight plans during rehearsals and live performances
• Lead on-site flight operations, ensuring safe and disciplined deployment
• Conduct detailed pre-flight checks and monitor live telemetry
• Support flight planning, weather assessments and risk mitigation
• Ensure full compliance with GACA aviation regulations and approved airspace permissions
• Maintain accurate operational and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate drone technicians during setup and show deployment
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate choreography into precise aerial execution
• Travel within KSA and regionally as required

• Minimum 2+ years’ professional UAV / drone operations experience
• Experience operating in regulated airspace environments
• Working knowledge of aviation permissions processes within KSA
• Experience leading technical teams during live deployments
• Strong safety mindset and confident decision-making
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
