As our operations continue to grow across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an Operations / Production Assistant to join our Riyadh-based team and support the successful delivery of large-scale drone light performances across KSA and the wider region.

The successful delivery of a drone light show depends on disciplined planning, structured documentation and seamless coordination.

This is a hands‑on operational role supporting logistics planning, aviation permissions documentation and on‑site deployment. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, Flight team and Production leads to ensure every show is delivered safely, efficiently and in full regulatory compliance.

• Support coordination of drone show deployments across KSA
• Assist with equipment preparation, tracking and inventory management
• Maintain structured operational checklists and documentation
• Support crew scheduling and movement planning
• Assist with site logistics and readiness planning

• Assist in preparing documentation for aviation approvals and flight permits within KSA
• Track submission deadlines and approval timelines
• Maintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and approvals
• Support compliance tracking in line with KSA aviation requirements
• Communicate relevant permit updates to the Flight Operations team

• Provide operational support during rehearsals and live shows
• Coordinate communication between Flight, Creative and Production teams
• Support build and breakdown phases
• Uphold safety and procedural standards during live deployments

• 1+ years’ experience in live events, production or operations support
• Experience supporting documentation, compliance or regulatory processes (aviation experience advantageous)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional communicator with structured working style
• Flexible with working hours during show cycles
• Fluency in Arabic
