To strengthen our Strategy & Business Consulting team in Riyadh, EGI is looking for motivated junior consultants or fresh graduates eager to start a career in energy strategy and consulting.

As a Junior Strategy Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants and technical experts, supporting clients in addressing key challenges related to the energy transition, power system planning, and electricity sector transformation.

This role is designed as an entry-level position, offering strong learning opportunities, structured development, and exposure to real client projects.

With coaching and support, you will contribute to projects such as:

• Supporting strategic advisory assignments for utilities, regulators, and energy stakeholders
• Conducting research and analysis on electricity markets, power systems, and industry best practices
• Assisting in problem definition, data analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations
• Preparing presentations, reports, and analytical insights for clients
• Participating in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions
• Collaborating with EGI and Elia Group experts across disciplines and geographies
• You will typically work in small teams (1–5 consultants), progressively taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.

We are looking for candidates who meet most of the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience (prior consulting experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong interest in the energy sector, electricity networks, and the energy transition
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of electricity transmission or power systems is an advantage.
