The Education Leaders Institute (ELI) is a strategic initiative of Riyadh Schools Group, a subsidiary of The Misk Foundation. ELI’s mission is to equip Saudi youth—recent graduates or experienced teachers—with the skills and competencies they need to become innovative and impactful educational leaders. Through targeted programs, ELI focuses on skilling, reskilling, and upskilling individuals, empowering them to drive positive change in the educational ecosystem within Riyadh Schools Group.

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• The applicant must be registered on the Unified National Employment Platform (Jadarat).
• The applicant must not be currently employed or receiving a retirement salary.
• The applicant must not have a commercial registration.
• The applicant must not be on the prohibited list.

Teachers Track ELP:

Applicants must provide proof of English proficiency as follows:

• IELTS: 5.0 – 5.5
• TOEFL iBT: 60 – 71
• STEP: 65 – 75
• Linguaskill: 140 – 159 (B1+ to low B2)

Linguaskill test results are typically available within 48 hours of taking the test.

Please attach a copy of your TOEFL, IELTS, STEP or LINGUASKILL certificate.

Applicants are asked to provide information about current employment, experience years, professional training in teaching-related fields, courses/training over the last three years, and traits that apply to them.
