We are seeking to appoint an Intensive Needs Support Assistant to join the Support for Learning Team and provide a high quality educational experience to students, particularly supporting Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated, with a strong track record in similar roles.
- Provide evidence of previous learning experience working with children.
- Be proactive in providing learning support to primary and/or senior students in mainstream classes, small groups, and 1:1 basis.
- Show confidence working with young children inside and outside the classroom.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.
- Hold KSA residency status.

BISR teachers should possess the following:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher status, Certificate of Education (PGCE or
B.Ed), relevant training/qualifications, appreciation of a British school's demands internationally, commitment to co‑curricular life, intercultural awareness, responsibility for holistic growth. - Experience: Experience in UK and international contexts, teaching within a Key Stage or subject, positive behavior management strategies, planning for diverse learning needs, curriculum development, assessment, second language experience or willingness to train.
- Skills and Abilities: Detailed knowledge of English National Curriculum, creative teaching, collaboration, organizational, communication, time management, assessment for learning strategies, desire to develop across curriculum.
- Personal Qualities: Warmth, sense of humor, flexibility, team player, commitment to professional development, co‑curricular participation, high expectations, empathy.
