Requirements
  • 2 or more years experience.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
  • Evidence of previous learning experience working with children.
  • Proactive approach providing learning support to students in mainstream classes, small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Confidence in working with young children in and outside a classroom.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
