• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional certification
• Experience delivering the American Curriculum is highly desirable, particularly within a Kindergarten or early childhood setting

To thrive in this role, you will be a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated early childhood educator who understands the critical importance of the Kindergarten years in shaping a child’s long-term attitude towards learning. You will have a strong command of the American curriculum framework and the ability to deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that meet the diverse needs of every child in your classroom.

Excellent communication skills are essential — with young children, their families, and your colleagues — as is the ability to create a classroom environment that feels safe, joyful, and full of possibility. You will be patient, creative, and reflective, with a genuine passion for the early stages of education. Experience in an international or multicultural setting is an advantage, though not essential.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong and genuine commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with a clear understanding of their professional responsibilities in this area. Familiarity with international child protection frameworks and experience within a safer recruitment environment will be viewed favourably. All successful candidates will be subject to comprehensive background and security checks prior to appointment.
