Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and driving people engagement? We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our Retail HR team and help shape the learning culture across our business.
In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives for both our frontline and head‑office retail employees. You will play a key part in enhancing the digital learning experience, managing engagement events, and ensuring our people have access to the tools and development opportunities they need to grow.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Design and develop engaging training materials in collaboration with business units
- Support the creation of job aids, learning packs, and evaluation tools
- Facilitate training sessions and contribute to learning events
- Manage and curate content on digital learning platforms
- Build dashboards and reports to measure training effectiveness
- Coordinate communication and logistics for learning and engagement activities
- Create visual and creative assets such as presentations and infographics
- Support HR communication channels and respond to learning‑related queries
- Stay updated on industry trends, new learning technologies, and best practices
- Assist with process mapping and documentation for relevant stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within retail
- Experience with digital learning platforms and training content design
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
- English proficiency required;
Arabic is an advantage /ul> - Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
