Overview

Shaping the Next Gen Schools

We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win
—we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains
. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.

Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.

Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings, and amplifies the experience through peer to peer learning and AI. We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were so overwhelming that we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations.
The verdict is clear: students don t just tolerate hybrid, they love it.

Learn more about us:

  • 10+ Years of Impact
    :
Started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you.
  • Market Leaders
: 14 million students (and counting) use Noon across Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili.
  • Now
    :
We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. We’re accelerating rapidly, well-funded, and profitable.
  • Office
    :
Full-time, Riyadh-based. We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and we’d love to have you in it.
The Role

As Experience Design Lead
, you own the path
: the end-to-end learning journey for Noon students, with a special focus on Qudrat prep
. You turn feedback, data, and constraints (school calendars, exam windows, product roadmap) into a learning journey that feels clear and doable for students, parents, and staff. You will work closely with Product, Learning, Experience, and School Ops.

💻What you’ll do

1. Design and maintain the learning journey

  • Map and maintain the full student learning journey
    :
    • from onboarding → diagnostics → courses → bootcamps → real Qudrat attempts
  • Design a clear, student-facing view of the journey:
    • milestones and levels
    • what success looks like at each stage
    • what support (sessions, bootcamps, practice) is available
  • Make sure the journey is aligned with:
    • official Qudrat exam windows
    • school calendar and exam weeks
    • internal academic plans and content

You are responsible for the “big picture” of how a student moves through Noon, not just individual features or classes.

2. Fix weak points in the journey

  • Use recurring student, parent, and staff feedback plus data to spot:
    • where the journey is confusing
    • where pace is too fast/too slow
    • where support is missing (before/after exams, between levels, etc.)
  • Translate these insights into journey changes
    , such as:
    • clearer onboarding and first 2 weeks
    • better explanation of “what’s next” after key milestones
    • new or improved touchpoints, activities, or interventions
  • Work with Product and Learning to:
    • align course design, bootcamps, and app experience with the journey
    • avoid one-off fixes and instead solve recurring problems at the system level

3. Run experiments and pilots

  • Work with School Leads to run small, fast pilots for:
    • new journey ideas (e.g., new pathways for weak students)
    • new touchpoints (e.g., mid-journey check-ins, expectation sessions)
    • new engagement formats (e.g., challenge weeks, focused sprints)
  • Define simple success criteria for each pilot:
    • attendance, completion, satisfaction, next-step readiness, etc.
  • Document what worked and what didn’t, and help decide:
    • what becomes standard practice across schools
    • what needs more testing or should be dropped

What we’re looking for

  • Roughly 3+ years of experience in:
    Product, Customer Experience, or Consulting
  • Ability to combine qualitative feedback + quantitative data
  • Strong structuring and synthesis can map journeys, break them into stages, and simplify complexity
  • Comfortable working with:
    • Product & data dashboards
    • Learning / academic teams
    • School operations and on-the-ground staff
  • Tools:
    • Confident in Excel/Sheets or dashboards for basic analysis
    • Comfortable with Miro / Fig Jam / slides for mapping and communicating journeys
