Responsibilities- Oversee the Kindergarten program, ensuring its alignment with the American curriculum standards
- Lead and support a team of KG teachers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience for young students
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's holistic development

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Teaching certification or license
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten
- Experience in a leadership or coordinator role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
