Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support related to the implementation of procedures and tools.
Role DescriptionThe Programs & Learning Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving high‑quality, engaging, and industry‑relevant learning content for an online academy focused on best practices in real‑estate sales and leasing. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create and deliver curriculum content.
Core Accountabilities Strategic Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum strategy that meets the needs of real‑estate professionals, focusing on topics such as sales techniques, sales and leasing best practice and product information.
- Support the creation of structured online courses and training pathways that reflect industry standards and align with Qiddiya objectives.
- Ensure the curriculum reflects current industry trends, standards, and practices, incorporating feedback from learners, instructors, and industry experts.
- Regularly review and update course content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and high‑quality standards.
- Collaborate with Qiddiya’s Sales and Leasing Operations team, instructional designers, and external experts to ensure content quality and relevance.
- Support presenting curriculum strategies, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership, incorporating feedback into continuous improvements.
- Stay informed about real‑estate education and e‑learning to keep the academy at the forefront of the industry.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into curriculum delivery.
- Oversee the development of course content specific to sales and leasing and skill building, including video lectures, e‑learning modules, quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Ensure all course content is regularly reviewed and updated to maintain accuracy, relevance, and high‑quality standards.
- Identify and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure the technical accuracy of the curriculum, including projects being developed by Qiddiya.
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, and masterclasses led by industry leaders to supplement the core curriculum.
- Manage relationships with industry professionals, real‑estate experts, and guest instructors to enrich the learning experience with real‑world perspectives.
- Develop assessments, case studies, and practical exercises to measure learners’ understanding and application of the content.
- Support the development of assessment tools to monitor learner progress and improve course materials.
- Define clear learning objectives and develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data from learners to refine course content and delivery methods.
- Ensure training programs adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Support reviewing course content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Sollicit feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online education to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and other resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.
